Other than the content you own, under these terms, the operator and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this website.
You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this website.

Complete Tour Package Including Hotels + Car Terms
- All rental payments are to be made by Cash / Bank Transfers / Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI.
- 60% Payment in advance as a booking amount (not refundable amount).
- Driver will take balance full payment at Pick Up Time (Hotel / Airport / Rly Station / Home).
- Please take care of the belongings before leaving the cab / hotels and Pradeep Car Travels is not responsible for any loss.
- Any delay due to unavoidable circumstances like bandh, traffic jam, breakdown, accidents, severe weather conditions, etc Pradeep Car Travels is not held responsible.
- Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions, Price Grid, and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
- Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for the safety and well-being of our esteemed passengers.
- Carry Your Valid ID Proofs / Passport etc while travel / hotel checkin time. Pradeep Car Travels is not responsible for any Client ID proof related issues.
- Hotel Check-in Time 1 Pm and Checkout Time 11 Am. After and Before this time frame additional charges will be applicable
- 5% GST Extra on Bill
Booking Policy
Log-in/Sign-up: Users are not required to log in with their pre-registered ids or create a new account by filling in details such as name, number, email, etc.
Notifications: Instant updates and text messages of your car booking status will be provided.
Search Filter: To search for the desired vehicle by filtering the vehicles based on the model, seater, air conditioner, luggage size, etc.
Chat: Interaction with the driver through WhatsApp messages in real-time will be provided.
Booking:
Procedure for booking a ride
- Press BOOK NOW Button provided or click on HIRE A CAR.
- Select the Pick-Up and Dropping Locations.
- Select the Pick-Up time and Drop Off time.
- Select the Car Category and select the car.
- Provide personal details for contact.
- Confirm the ride and save the confirmation letter as a PDF or print a copy.
- Pradeep Car Travels will be immediately calling you regarding the ride and charges.
Already booked a car?
You can change your booking at any time. If you’ve already made a booking, you’re free to change the time and/or the place.
- You can go later – postpone your rental.
- You can go somewhere else – choose a car at a different destination.
Whatever you decide, you can change your booking by calling us at +91 – 703 657 3333.
You won’t pay any admin fees for changing your booking, although it may affect the rental price.
Payments: The daily car rental payment must be paid to the driver after completing the ride. Extra-hour charges will be notified by the driver and the user must pay the respective charges. In the case of any inconvenience please contact +91 - 703 657 3333 or bookings@pradeepcartravels.com.
Profile: The user must provide his/her personal profile information such as email, mobile number, birth date, gender, permanent address, etc.
Rate and Review: Users can share their experience with the hosts/drivers through rating and review.
Transaction Confirmation
You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our call center.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- All the cancellation requests should be done through Pradeep Car Travels by calling our business number or send an Email on Company's Email ID. Please don't deal with the driver for cancellation directly.
- Customer can't leave vehicle between destinations without any confirmation. Please once inform by mail booking@pradeepcartravels.com.
- Any delay due to unavoidable circumstances like bandh, traffic jam, breakdown, accidents, severe weather conditions, etc Pradeep Car Travels is not held responsible.
- Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions, Price Grid, and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
- No refund or any changes will be accepted at the last minute for the tour starting or after starting or middle of the tour.
- Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to waive/minimize the cancellation charges.
- Less than 4 hours from the station departure time 100% Cancellation Charges
- Between 4 Hrs to 12 Hrs from the station departure time 50% Cancellation Charges
- Between 12 Hrs to 24 Hrs from the station departure time 20% Cancellation Charges
- Between 1 to 30 days before station departure time 10% Cancellation Charges
Breakdown
All the cancellation requests should be done through Pradeep Car Travels by calling our helpline number or send an Email on Company's Email ID. Please don't deal with the driver for cancellation directly.
If the vehicle breakdown anywhere, that case Pradeep Car Travels not responsible.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred ( directly or indirectly ) due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest, or any such incidents.
Taxes, Parking, Time, Km’s (on KM basis for outstation trips/tours only)
- Km and Time Start from our garage to garage.
- Toll Taxes, Parkings, State Taxes Paid By Hirer.
- 250 kms Per Day Minimum Charge For Outstation Trips / Tours.
- AC Will Not Work in Hill Areas Or Stopped / Parked Vehicle.
- Night Travel Not Allowed in Winters Due To Fog (Strictly), For Safety.
- We Count 1 Day From 5 Am Till 5 Pm If You Need Vehicle Before 5 Am or After 5 Pm in That Case Client Will Pay Extra Overtime (per hour) Charges as Per Given Price and We Are Not Responsible If Client Reach Late Due To Traffic Jam, Tyre Punchers Etc.
- 5% GST on Bill (only for transportation).
- If The Vehicle is Not in Good Condition at The Time of Pickup Please Inform To Company Phone or Email ID Before Start The Trip.
- The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of diesel/Petrol prices in India.
Any abuse to our drivers or unacceptable behavior or driver feels at risk the driver has the right to ask the passengers to leave the vehicle.
